Car-rental ... if you prefer to explore the city and the area surrounding it in a private car, we will help you with car-rental.

Parking ... Secure parking in a garage is available at € 9,50 per day, distance is 8 min. walking.

Places of interest... The Salzburg Card, available at the reception, gives you unlimited access to all museums in town as well as a free ride on public transport.

Theatre and Concert Tickets… - no problem! If you book in time we will take care of your tickets, which we book directly with the venues (except festival tickets).

Sports ... for our guests there are many top-of-the-range golf courses in the area, also nearby there is a tenniscourt, a public outdoor pool (mid of May - end of August), many opportunities for hiking and during the wintertime skiing (about 30 minutes - 1 hour by car).

The destiny of the Grüner Baum Resort Hotel always was impressed of strong personalities. Anna Hopfer-Lindinger, the founder of the Hotel was a woman full of energy and endurance. In 1913 she acquired ownership of the Grüner Baum Resort Hotel together with her husband. The original hunt-housing was developed in the years of the 30ties into a restaurant. The current resort had his origin in the years of the 50ies. The Grüner Baum Resort Hotel becomes a first-class address and an enrichment of the health-resort Bad Gastein. Holyday-makers and notabilities feel charmed of the gastronomy and the scenery.
